Book Wildlife Walk Tickets
A family walking through the rural area of ulster folk museum
Date
4th July, 1st August, 5th September
Time
14:00 to 15:00

Take a walk around our beautiful, nature-rich museum and talk to CEDaR staff as you learn how to identify and record plants and animals.

This is a beginner's guide to biological recording! Based in Northern Ireland, CEDaR (Centre for Environmental Data and Recording) encourages our citizen scientists to submit their species sightings. These records help us track species trends, write reports, inform legislations, locate our endangered species and much more. They also help tackle the biodiversity crisis and the impacts of climate change.

Join us on an informal guided walk as you try your hand at identifying species found in the grounds of the Ulster Folk Museum!
