Are you a fan of creepy crawlies? Come along to our torchlight bug hunt with an insect expert at Ulster Folk Museum!

Join Joshua Clarke, conservation officer and insect expert, for a guided torchlight walk around the Ulster Folk Museum. This bug hunt will focus on Harvestman (also known as Opiliones) - a taxonomic group related to spiders!

Learn about these mysterious creatures and the behaviour tactics they use to avoid becoming prey. This evening walk will also explore how non-native species have become established under-the-radar.

Keep your eyes peeled for other nocturnal invertebrates on this torchlight bug hunt and learn all about ecology and biodiversity on the way!
