Curious about the art of traditional sign painting? This hands-on, 3 hour workshop is the perfect way to dip your brush into the world of signwriting! 

Guided by our local signwriter Joha Muñe, you'll learn essential brush control techniques, explore letterforms, and use traditional tools and materials to create your own hand-painted letter - a unique piece to take home at the end of the session.

Johana is a traditional signwriter, gilder and calligrapher, better known in the industry as Joha Muñe. Originally from Colombia, Joha has travelled across the world learning her trade from expert craftspeople in Porto, London and Amsterdam. Joha’s beautiful work incorporates beautiful hand drawing and exquisite gold leaf work.

This workshop is ideal for anyone curious about hand-painted signs. No prior experience is needed; just bring your curiosity and enjoy the process. For ages 16+!

Bring comfortable clothes and if desired an apron. Keep in mind we will work with paint so, don't come in your best outfit!
