Self-guided Irish Language TrailCelebrate St Patrick's Day at Ulster Folk Museum this Bank Holiday, Tuesday 17th March!
Join us on Tuesday 17th March for a family day filled with music, storytelling and hands-on activities that bring Ireland’s past to life. There'll be traditional music performances and Irish dancing displays, plus folklore tales of legends and lore. Try Irish language taster sessions, sample colcannon and get hands-on with our family craft station.
Watch ploughing and horseshoeing demonstrations in the rural area, have a go at some traditional loy digging and bring a shamrock home with you (while stock lasts). Take a break during your visit at our Tearooms, or enjoy a drink in McCusker’s fully licensed pub (please drink responsibly).
