Be an Animal Detective: Family Workshop
A fun-filled family day at Ulster Folk Museum where you will learn all about the wild mammals of Northern Ireland and how to track them.
Please note, this is a past event.
Are you an animal detective? Let's search for clues at the Ulster Folk Museum! Northern Ireland is home to many wild mammals from squirrels and hedgehogs to deer. As an animal detective, you'll be tracking and identifying the animals that live amongst us. A perfect day out for detectives, young and old!
Throughout this fun-filled day, you'll make footprint traps, become a droppings detective, and get outside to look for clues of the many mammals that make the Ulster Folk Museum their home (if the weather allows).
We recommend this workshop for family groups with children at primary school level (5+).
