Join us for a day of hands-on activities on Saturday 1st June as we celebrate the amazing nature-based research at the Ulster Folk Museum! 

There will be opportunities to engage with nature by investigating mini-beasts up close, taking part in identification walks guided by scientists, making nature-themed crafts, tasting foraged foods and appreciating the world around you in a whole new way. 

What to know 

  • Head to the education courtyard between 11:00 and 15:00 to learn more about the activities offered.
  • Suitable for all ages, this will be a fun-filled and educational day out for the whole family.
  • This is a general admission event and tickets can be booked through the button below and at the top of the page.
